Having over 80 years experience in baking we appreciate the importance of using only the finest ingredients, sourced locally. Every loaf is hand crafted from scratch each morning by one of our dedicated craft bakers. Attention to detail and passion being the key.
Our white sourdough is always hugely popular, sunflower bread, fougasse, malted cob bread, 100% whole wheat, three seeded , dark sour rye, olive plaits, tomato and garlic, mixed pepper & basil loaf, ciabatta, whole spelt, oat bread, onion batons, Irish soda bread, fruit loaf, honey spelt, focaccia, white sandwich and farmhouse.
We also produce fresh each morning delicious french sticks, vienna’s, crusty cobs, cottage rolls, sunflower baps, malted cob baps, wholemeal baps, finger rolls, dinner rolls, Bath buns and danish pastries for retail and catering outlets.
